29 different apartments to fully live life by land and by sea

The apartments at the Marina di Scarlino Resort have been created to highlight the sea while keeping up a dialogue with the region around it. All the building materials are hand crafted in Tuscany. There are 29 apartments built in an arch around the Marina and all of them are completely furnished and set up to offer you every comfort. Starting from the large and easy to access parking lot and the covered garage with elevator service, as soon as you arrive at the Marina you’ll leave stress behind and can relax in total tranquillity.

About Us

  • A little paradise in South Tuscany

    The resort is a set of beautiful, modern and well decorated apartments. We had a sea view, not to forget harbor view with all the amazing sailing boats lined up in front of us. It's driving distance to many beautiful beaches in the area but if you want you don't have to leave at all. You can park your car in the underground garage and leave it there while you just relax and enjoy. The pool is gorgeous, there is a nice little supermarket with all you need and very cute boutiques. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant served some great food and surely the sunset added to the atmosphere. We saw they offer sailing courses for kids which we definitely want to explore the next time. We only stayed a couple of days but we all went home with a big smile on our face, happy with this experience!

  • Amazing resort with pool and nice view of the marina!

    Well equipped apartments with modern amenities and beautiful view from spacious terraces. Some apartment do not have walls next to other apartments so privacy is fully guaranteed.. The pool area is clean, well kept with good service (fruit, water and after sun lotion), perfect light lunch and personnel was friendly and helpful! Bravi!
