Available options vary depending on your travel dates and individual needs.
Studio
431 sq. ft. (40 m²) for up to two guests. A comfortable, self-contained option ideal for one person or a couple.
Prestige Suite
Starting at 484 sq. ft. (45 m²), with a double bedroom, equipped kitchen, and private terrace. Located on the inland-facing side of the property, it accommodates up to two adults and two children under 12.
Deluxe Seafront Suite
Starting at 592 sq. ft. (55 m²), with a private terrace overlooking the marina and Tuscan Archipelago. It accommodates up to two adults and two children under 12.
Two-Bedroom Suites
Ranging from 915 to 1,184 sq. ft. (85–110 m²), these Suites are ideal for families, colleagues, or shared stays. They accommodate up to six guests, depending on the selected category and layout.
